Sim, existe! Entregamos pessoalmente nas cidades de Natal e Parnamirim no RN. Se você for de outra cidade, não se preocupe: é só fazer o cálculo direto na página do produto. ARREPENDIMENTO OU ERRO SEU NA PERSONALIZAÇÃO

Se o erro na personalização for devido a um erro de ortografia ou qualquer outro erro que você tenha cometido no formulário de personalização, nós não podemos nos responsabilizar. Pela sua própria natureza, produtos personalizados não podem ser revendidos ou reutilizados e, por essa razão, não podem ser trocados ou devolvidos a não ser que apresentem algum defeito de fabricação ou erro nosso na personalização ou que estejam danificados ou avariados.
Caso você deseja efetuar a troca de um produto que consta um erro seu na personalização, todos os custos de envio e da substituição do produto será por sua conta. Sua solicitação de devolução deve ser feita pelo e-mail contato@proalbuns.com.br.


AVARIA/DEFEITO OU ERRO NOSSO NA PERSONALIZAÇÃO
Se, por qualquer razão, nós cometemos um erro na personalização do seu produto, o produto apresentar um defeito de fabricação ou estiver danificado, nós nos comprometemos a efetuar a troca ou reembolso sem demora. Neste caso, nós pagaremos e/ou ressarciremos todos os custos de reenvio e trocaremos o produto o mais breve possível.


Você deve respeitar as condições detalhadas abaixo:
– Assim que o produto estiver pronto para ser coletado (prazo máximo de 3 dias úteis após solicitação), nós solicitaremos à transportadora que envie um motorista autorizado, para que colete o produto no endereço em que foi enviado. O produto deverá estar embalado (poderá utilizar a mesma caixa em que você recebeu o produto, se ela estiver em boas condições) e com a Nota Fiscal anexada a ele.
– O envio de um novo produto, será realizado em até 3 (três) dias úteis após o recebimento do produto com defeito. Nós enviaremos o produto conforme a modalidade de frete escolhida por você, no momento de fechar a compra. Por exemplo: Se você fechou a compra e escolheu o PAC como forma de envio, o produto de troca será enviado por PAC. Caso tenha escolhido o Sedex, enviaremos o produto de troca por Sedex.

Depende! O prazo de produção pode ser de até 15 dias úteis, mas varia de acordo com o material e o tempo de entrega. Para saber mais, calcule o frete na página ou entre em contato com a gente :)
